I will work toward gender equality and inclusivity in the film and TV industries.

I’ll advocate for women’s representation at all levels of production, leadership, and storytelling.

Be a Resource for Others

I will use WIF Vancouver to grow my career and help uplift others by sharing knowledge and opportunities.

Create a Respectful Space

I will treat WIF Vancouver staff, volunteers, board members, panelists, mentors, and fellow members with respect.

I’ll value others’ time, contributions, and boundaries.

Foster Inclusion

I will avoid and challenge oppressive language or behavior, including racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, ageism, and classism. ​I’ll report any disrespectful or harmful behavior at WIF Vancouver events to staff, so it can be addressed.

Accountability

If I violate this code of conduct, WIF Vancouver may:

• Address my behavior directly.

• Ask me to leave an event or space.

• Suspend or revoke my membership or event privileges.
