Trish Deluca
Executive Director, Operations & Programs
Trish began her career in Toronto's film and television industry supporting award-winning producers, directors, and talent on major studio productions for companies including Disney, Paramount, Warner Bros, and 20th Century Fox. Working in a fast-paced and traditionally male-dominated industry, she developed expertise in production management, operations, relationship building, and navigating the complex demands of large-scale productions. These experiences shaped her passion for supporting women in film and creating opportunities for future generations of female leaders.
After starting a family, Trisha transitioned into the nonprofit sector, where she has dedicated her career to leading fundraising initiatives and developing programs that empower young people to build confidence, courage, and leadership skills. A passionate advocate for women and youth, she also serves as a facilitator with YouthLEADarts, helping elementary school students develop creativity, self-expression, and the confidence to pursue their goals and dreams.
Trisha brings a unique combination of film industry experience, community leadership, mentorship, and advocacy to Women in Film Vancouver. She is proud to serve as a Founding Advisory Board Member and support the organization's mission of advancing women in film, fostering female leadership, and creating opportunities for women and girls across British Columbia.
