Trisha Deluca
Director of Programming and Operations
Trisha’s career began behind the scenes in the world of film and television working with powerhouse studios like Disney, Paramount, and Warner Bros. While navigating a high-pressure, male-dominated industry, Trisha developed a deep passion for creating space for women’s voices and elevating future female leaders.
Today, she serves as the Executive Director of The Kelty Foundation, a philanthropic organization in partnership with Vancouver General Hospital (VGH) that supports innovative mental health initiatives across British Columbia. Under her leadership, Kelty continues to prioritize youth mental wellness, equity, and access.
Trisha previously served as Fund Developer and Head of Events at Kits House, where she designed inclusive programming and led community-focused fundraising campaigns with a strong focus on women, families, and connection.
She also leads with purpose as a mentor and facilitator for Youth LEAD Arts, a transformative initiative run through DareArts. Through this program, Trisha supports girls in discovering their creative voices, building leadership skills, and growing into empowered, socially conscious changemakers.
Whether she’s crafting compelling grant narratives, building bridges between funders and grassroots programs, or mentoring girls to become the leaders they’re meant to be, Trisha brings heart, strategy, and a fierce commitment to shaping a more equitable future for youth—especially young women.
